The thing is she doesn't even know the rules before she going to the interview session! wat's wrong with you guys man , are you retards ? You are pulling down people's self esteem and you called yourself a committee member of a helpful society. Screw you man! She doesn't deserve this though, she might be wrong at some point but you guys are wrong too , you didn't give a clear instructions either.
Have you ever think of the consequences? Put your pig head in others people shoe! damn! think about it , If you are the 1 who bending your knees up and down and pulling your ears in front of so many people in the age of 20, what will you feel? You don't have the right to humiliate her ! Punishment can be make in a good way but not this , not bringing down her self esteem.
